I was told many years ago to write like you speak. If it is not written, it was never done. Some learn by the written word, some learn by doing and others by listening, find your path.  

I have witnessed the basics of hospitality getting lost. I beg that we all go back to the old school of training…showing, doing and role playing for the desired result. The results in select service to luxury will pay dividend$!
